Battlestar Galactica Coming in 3D
The Samsung Media Hub, an online store of movies and TV shows, has been augmented with new partnerships including one with MGO, an app from Technicolor which enables streaming of movies and TV shows. While watching movies on the TV users can simultaneously get bonus content on companion devices.
A partnership with NBC Universal will see the studio deliver a catalog of on-demand 3D content including a 3D version of the series Battlestar Galactica.
The game phenomenon Angry Birds will also be coming to Samsung smart TVs both as a game and as an Angry Bird animated channel.
